• Shipping & Delivery
  
  At this time, Safe Harbor Parts ships merchandise to locations within the contiguous United States for the "Free Freight” Option. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico must pay additional shipping charges before their orders ship. All international orders require pre-payment via wire transfer, sorry no credit cards.  Please call or email for wire transfer instructions.

  Motor Freight Items can be shipped at no additional charge to commercial addresses within the contiguous United States.  Failure to provide a commercial address for a motor freight item can result in cancellation of order.  Motor freight items can be shipped to non commercial addresses within the contiguous United States for an additional fee of $144.00.  

  Motor Freight Companies deem the following locations non commercial:  private residences, apartment complexes, dorms, businesses located at private residences, farms or ranches that are not open to the public, storage units, churches, schools, commercial establishments not open to walk in public during business hours, construction sites, fairs, carnivals, prisons,  military bases, mine sites, sites requiring security inspections prior to delivery, and wind farms.

• Returns

You may return most, new unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund minus the return shipping cost. If Safe Harbor shipped you an item other than the one you ordered in error, or the part you receive is defective, we will also pay the return shipping costs and the merchandise is not subject to a restocking fee. If you ordered an item that does not work for the application you desired it for and wish to return or exchange it, the purchaser must pay for return shipping cost.

 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

• Payments

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.  Any shipping error or shortage must be reported within 5 working days.  All international orders require pre-payment via wire transfer, sorry no credit cards.  Please call or email for wire transfer instructions.Safe Harbor Parts reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.
