Randy Miller – President
Randy founded Safe Harbor Inc. in 2003 and started selling high quality replacement parts from his home garage. Prior to this he had been the Parts Manager for the Deere/Hitachi joint venture. He also had been the Parts Manager for Kobelco America and over a ten year period had held various positions with Caterpillar Inc. at their Morton Parts Distribution Center.
Randy is a graduate of Southern Illinois University and has degrees in Administration of Justice and Business Management.
