Returns Policy

You may return most, new unopened items within 45 days of delivery for a refund minus the return shipping cost. 
If Safe Harbor shipped you an item other than the one you ordered in error, or the part you receive is defective, we will also pay the return shipping costs and the merchandise is not subject to a restocking fee.
If you ordered an item that does not work for the application you desired it for and wish to return or exchange it, the purchaser must pay for return shipping cost.

Refunds

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). 

Shipping

Safe Harbor offers Free Shipping to addresses within the contiguous United States.  If you desire more expedited shipping, please contact us so that we may work with you to determine the best shipping options available for your merchandise as well as provide you with a cost estimate. All orders ship from our warehouse in East Bernard, Texas. Most orders ship within 2-3 Business days.  Orders that contain multiple pieces of glass, or orders that ship Motor Freight will ship within 3-5 Business Days. 

Motor Freight

Motor Freight items can be shipped at no additional charge to commercial addresses within the contiguous United States.  
Depending on the size of the item(s) purchased the order may be shipped Motor Freight.
Motor Freight items ship within 3-5 Business Days.

Freight Forwarding

Any orders placed for items shipped to a third-party or freight forwarder will be shipped to the requested address, at which point the transaction with Safe Harbor is considered complete. Any loss, damage, or fees incurred once the third-party or forwarder has accepted the merchandise is/are the responsibility of the customer and/or forwarder. Safe Harbor also reserves the right to refuse shipment to freight forwarders.
